Ditch the plastic and wrap your lunch in these re-usable wraps. They are lined with a food safe waterproof lining and will keep your sandwiches or rolls beautifully fresh.  They come in two sizes - regular, which is about 25cm square or XL which is about 30cm square.

Making your lunch the night before? No problem. Wrap it in one of these wraps and pop it in the fridge. It will taste just as fresh as when you made it.

What else can you do with a sandwich wrap?

          I cover my bread dough with one while it's proving

          I use one to cover food in a bowl or on a tray to keep any flies or wasps off

          It makes a great little table-cloth if you're picnicing and not sure how clean surfaces are.

To clean your sandwich wrap either:

     wipe it with a clean damp cloth and leave to dry naturlally.

      hand wash and leave to dry naturally

      pop it in the washing machine on a 30c cycle. Do not use fabric conditioner unless you are sure that it contains no petro-chemical nasties.  If you choose this option, then either put in a laundry bag first or turn your wrap inside out and fix the velcro pieces to each other. If you don't, you could find it attached to your undies!
